Whether through nature-based learning or sensory lead therapeutic support, we empower young people to succeed by offering them the tools they need to manage stress, improve focus, and enjoy learning again.

Location: Winchcombe, Gloucestershire (GL54 5NF)
Post: 25 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
Salary: £13,854.75 (£27,709.50 FTE)
Make a Difference Every Day
At Heartsight Services CIC, we support children and young people aged 5–19 who face barriers to education. We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Therapeutic Support Workers to help young people build confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with learning. We welcome applications from everyone but wish to encourage male applicants on the basis that they are underrepresented within the organisation.
We are looking for applicants with:
- Experience of working with children and young people in an educational, therapeutic, care, youth work or similar setting.
- A calm, patient and relationship-focused approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enjoyment of outdoor learning and activities in all seasons.
- A commitment to safeguarding and professional development.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
